This 73 bed Hospital was founded in 1975 and provides services to a 4,400 square mile area and serves the Navajo, Hopi & San Juan Paiute tribes of the Western Navajo Nation. Services provided to the community include comprehensive inpatient/outpatient emergency services; dental and ophthalmology services; orthopedics; OB/GYN; oral surgery; eye surgery; and urological procedures. Approximately 49% of the surgeries performed are out patient/ambulatory surgical procedures.
