Coconino County Fair is presented by Coconino County Parks & Recreation. Coconino County Residents exhibit acrylics, photography, beadwork, jewelry, and handmade fashions. Healthy living strategies are demonstrated and explained - from "slow foods" to backyard vegetable gardening to organic meats and produce. Local organizations, businesses, and individuals have booths, presentations, and hands-on activities that will educate and entertain people of all ages.

The Coconino County Fairgrounds features 2 ½ acres of open asphalt area. A 3 ½ acre carnival lot (gravel surface) is connect to the event venue. Both areas include electricity and water and flex with a variety of sets and staging. Fairground buildings range from 1,500 ft2 to 10,000 ft2 and can be used for vendor areas, meetings, or parties and dances. A commercial-grade kitchen, beverage concession stand, two stages, and permanent restrooms make the Coconino County Fairgrounds the premiere outdoor event facility in northern Arizona.
